Castle of Gropparello, although it should be better to speak of rock, is a unique case, a perfect example of a management agreement with the historic nature of the structure. It is a castle in which the Middle Ages is very much alive, active, capable of attracting visitors of all ages and transport them to a different reality, even if only for an afternoon.

The site on which to lay the castle is of great strategic importance, and therefore, has hosted the castle fortifications from the Celts. The castle itself was founded in 840 A. D.

CONDITION: excellent, has a well preserved medieval roots of the plant, although there are many overlaps occurred over the centuries, especially in the Gothic style.
